Dr Cramp is a great doctor. She's friendly and great at putting people at ease. When I joined the surgery, I'd been struggling to get to the bottom of medical problems that my old doctor seemed not to be able to diagnose. Dr Cramp correctly diagnosed the issue and I was quickly recovered.

Rude, didn't listen, a bully, completely egocentric. Gave me a prescription that would have seriously damaged my health.

Dismissed my concerns and didn't take me seriously. Was rude and sarcastic and told me to take responsibility for myself. Wouldn't look at the source of pain I'd reported having - I had to emphasise that it really was a genuine problem. Reluctantly referred me to the hospital where I was told my problem is advanced and I need surgery.

Dr Cramp is an excellent doctor with a great sense of humour as well as a very good knowledge of HIV-related problems.
